VOGEL Kaffee’s format combines coffee education, retail, and roasting rather than a cafe-only setup. Workshops cover all levels, with barista instruction and latte art led by Ali Vogel. The retail side spans specialty coffee for filter, espresso, AeroPress, blends, and single origins, plus barista accessories. VOGEL Kaffee roasts with techniques adjusted to each coffee’s profile, including light and dark roast approaches.
