Trakteren builds its coffee program around a rotating monthly single-origin selection from Dutch Barista Coffee, changing origins and processing methods to show range. Espresso recipes are adjusted to the specific coffee, including temperature and other variables, so the bar setup follows each coffee rather than a fixed house formula.
