The Coffee works from a Brazil-to-Japan concept: Brazilian beans are selected and roasted in Curitiba, where a roast master sets the roast curve by time and temperature to highlight the coffee’s characteristics. The service model is intentionally simple and Japanese-inspired, tracing back to a compact 3-square-metre prototype in Curitiba rather than a large café format.
