The Coffee builds its cafe around Brazilian coffee rather than a local roasting identity: its beans are selected and roasted in Curitiba, where a roast master sets a tested time-and-temperature curve to emphasize each coffee’s characteristics. The format also carries a Japanese influence, pairing that Brazilian coffee program with a deliberately simple, pared-back cafe model.
