Why go
Subtext Coffee Roasters centers its program on measured roast analysis: green coffee is checked for moisture and density, roasts are monitored with thermocouple readings, and roasted coffee is assessed through colour readings for development and uniformity. Brewed profiles also undergo solubility testing.
