Stereoscope’s clearest distinction is the way sourcing and roasting are treated as one system: coffees rotate with seasonal harvests and limited lots, with origin transparency around producers, farms, regions, varieties, or price. The roast program is framed around terroir and a Five Elements lens—altitude, soil, fauna, climate, farmer, and roaster—while the menu gives room to individual-origin coffees, distinctive processing, espresso, filter service, and retail bags.
