Sonny’s food program is built into the cafe’s coffee identity rather than treated as a side offer, pairing fresh-ingredient, health-minded food with specialty coffee, tea, matcha, golden latte, and kombucha. The coffee side is structured with La Cabra: a Sonny blend described as a Brazilian natural washed coffee, plus rotating coffees that change weekly for batch brew and espresso and different varieties from day to day.
