Passenger’s flagship cafe ties its bar to a sourcing and roasting program built around long-term, farmer-focused partnerships and seven Foundational Partners. Green coffee preservation is part of that structure, allowing foundational coffees to be roasted and served at peak freshness throughout the year. At the bar, single-origin coffees can be brewed as espresso or pour-over, with a Gongfu tea bar giving tea equal focus.
