OMA’s Tai Hang cafe is tied directly to oma Roastery, a small-batch specialty roaster in Hong Kong. The retail bean program is the clearest format detail: coffees are identified by origin, variety or cultivar, process, and lot release, including a washed Ethiopia Sidama Bona 74110 and a honey-processed Colombia El Porvenir Geisha released as a January lot.
