Old Soul’s Midtown operation grew out of a renovated storage warehouse, tying the cafe to wholesale coffee and bakery production rather than a stand-alone bar. Its program combines Old Soul Co. coffee roasting with bakery work and food sourcing connected to Sacramento’s surrounding farms, while the cafe also serves as a platform for local farmers, brewers, and purveyors.
