Morettino Lab’s coffee program is built around a detailed carta dei caffè: blends give origins such as Ethiopia Sidamo, Brazil Alta Mogiana, Peru Cajamarca and Honduras, with tasting notes attached. The menu also includes an organic 100% Arabica specialty coffee from Sierra Maestra, naming varieties and a natural process, while the bar pairs artisanal roasting with selected extraction methods.
