Beans are sourced for traceability across regions, with profiles spanning tea-like and fruity to darker chocolate expressions. The lineup can reach into experimental, processing- and variety-specific lots, including anaerobic-washed Ethiopian 74158 and natural Gesha from Panama, and whole beans are sold for home brewing.
