The coffee program leans toward clean, expressive lots, including washed Typica from southern Ecuador, Cerro Azul Geisha, and a washed Geisha from Peru with floral, citrus, lemongrass, and stone-fruit profiles. The spaces are designed in-house around Nordic roots, local context, and Asian design references.
