La Cabra’s Graven cafe is the original Aarhus location, opened in 2012 in the Latin Quarter, with a basement that once held both the roastery and bakery before those programs moved into separate sites. The cafe now functions as the Graven coffee bar, serving bright coffees such as washed Typica from southern Ecuador and floral Geishas from Cerro Azul and Peru.
