La Cabra’s Graven café is the Aarhus original, opened in 2012 in the Latin Quarter, with the roastery and bakery first run from the basement before moving into separate sites. Today the café centers on bright coffees, with a program shaped around distinct espresso and filter profiles rather than one all-purpose roast, alongside fresh pastries.
