Komuna roasts its own coffee, but the defining feature is a sourcing program dedicated exclusively to Mexico. The Copenhagen roastery works with single-origin coffees sourced directly from Oaxaca, Chiapas, Veracruz, and other Mexican regions, giving underrepresented Mexican specialty coffee a focused presence through coffee, craft, and culture.
