KALA pairs fresh-brewed coffee with brunch and cocktails rather than running as a coffee-only bar. The food side includes matcha chia porridge with organic yogurt, granola, and berries, while the drinks program carries coffee into the bar through an espresso martini made with espresso, cacao, coffee liqueur, and vodka. It also operates across Ryesgade and Posten locations and offers catering.
