kaffemik’s Neubau café is also a workshop venue, tying service to education rather than only a retail counter. The coffee program focuses on very light-roasted, traceable single origins, and its subscription rotates two new coffees each month. Current coffees are presented with country, process, and sourcing or production details, from a Colombia washed and dried with lavender to an organically grown, women-produced Guatemala.
