Kaffeefabrik keeps sourcing boundaries tight: its specialty coffees are exclusively organic-certified and traded fair and directly, with lots such as a washed anaerobic Peruvian microlot from five smallholders in Querocotillo. The roast offer is structured beyond a simple espresso/filter split, including an Omni Roast category for coffees suited to filter machines, French press, and AeroPress, and the Vienna operation also runs a coffee school for home-barista and latte-art courses.
