KAF’s format is a specialty-coffee shop paired with an artisanal bakery counter. Coffee comes from small roasters, while the pastry side is made in house from scratch on sourdough. A seasonal approach gives the cafe a tighter coffee-and-bakery structure than a standard espresso bar with outsourced baked goods.
