Why go

KAF’s clearest cafe-level format is the pairing of a small-roaster coffee program with an in-house sourdough bakery. Coffee comes from local specialty roastery Saftig, while the pastry program is made from scratch each day, built around sourdough fermentation, and rotated with the season. Cutting cakes extend the baking counter beyond the daily pastry selection.
