Day Drinks is a tasting room run like a nonalcoholic bar: coffee and tea are roasted, brewed, carbonated, and canned on site rather than built from drinks shipped in from elsewhere. The format shifts the cafe away from a standard espresso-counter workflow toward a production-and-service space where the menu is tied directly to what is made in the room, including to-go cans without off-site cold storage or truck logistics.
