Copenhagen Coffee Lab - Alcântara follows a roastery-led structure: beans come from Copenhagen Coffee Lab’s own roastery and are brewed in the cafe as house coffees. The program spans espresso and filter use, with organic, freshly roasted beans also sold whole or ground for the same preparation paths.
