Cafecito Overtoom handles sourcing, roasting, and service within Cafecito’s own cafés, keeping the program tightly connected from buying to the bar. The buying standard is traceable specialty coffee grown, picked, and processed with care, and the roasting is calibrated so the coffee still carries through milk. Retail bags extend the house-roasted program beyond the counter.
