Cafecito is an espresso bar built around its own roasting, with bean selection, traditional roasting, grinding, and barista preparation treated as one controlled process. The coffee program extends beyond a house espresso: single-origin coffees and unusual processed lots are part of the offer, and whole beans are available for retail, making the bar and retail shelf part of the same program.
