Baobá’s retail program is built around a farm-to-Lisbon chain: coffee grown on Baobá’s own farm in Brazil, roasted in Lisbon, and sold direct for home brewing. The bean shelf goes beyond a generic retail bag with named microlots, including a 114-hour anaerobic fermentation limited edition and an Obatã Amarelo release, giving the cafe’s roasting program a clear link between origin, process, and take-home coffee.
