Arcane centers its coffee program on Panamá’s Chiriquí highlands, sourcing only from its Villa Luna family estate and a small circle of neighboring producers. The selection is built around seasonal micro-lots, with Geisha joined by Catuai and Caturra, and processing that ranges from traditional naturals to mild fermentations designed to emphasize the coffee rather than mask it.
